One of the best ever baked potatoes I ever had was at this salad shop. You could put anything you wanted inside the potato. So, I leanred from a co-worker to put in sliced, cooked chicken and ranch dressing. It was absolutely delicious. You should try it sometime.

one of our biggest sellers was always the club house spud...baked pot topped with chix, bacon, monteray jack and ranch!
anyone seen any of the spud bakers on the market? we're getting a new trailer and want to put spuds on the menu...now that we're going to be in a "mobile" kitchen i'm looking for equip that takes care of the speciality items.
