91 doesn't go to Miami. it ends in New Haven, CT.

The first place that comes to mind is Le Tub, in Hollywood Beach. They have an excellent burger, which three Roadfooders sampled last year. http://www.roadfood.com/Forums/tm.aspx?m=566005

If you like Greek at all and Palm Beach Gardens is the right time frame (probably about 1/2 way) I would certainly recommend Mr. Gyros. I have the traditional beef and lamb gyro with the greek salad ($7.99 combo) The location may not seem particularly roadfoody as it is on the end of a strip shopping center at the corner of Military Trail and PGA blvd. Go down 27 through Sebring. =) You'll see tons of cows and alligators.
