Duke's Smokehouse Georgetown Tx

There's BBQ and then there's Duke's. I had some guests that have an aversion to smoked pork so being a benevolent and considerate host, I went to Duke's smokehouse and purchased some brisket. Sliced and chopped. Bad idea. The sliced brisket was gray and dry and totally devoid of a smoke ring. At 12.50 a pound. The chopped brisket was shredded and oversauced in what is probably the vilest bbq sauce I ever tasted. At 12.50 a pound. IMHO Duke's Smokehouse has surpassed Rudy's as the worst bbq in Texas.
