Not just the original fatback, Earl makes a good fatty sausage too. Watch the grill though, cause it flames up. Still, pretty dang good.

I buy it in Louisiana. I think it's made in Austin, Texas where Earl's company is based.

I have had his sausage at a local BBQ place and it is really good. Where can I find it in NC, or order it online? Dennis in Cary

We have Earl Campbell sausage here in Oklahoma also. Not bad eating
