Easy Easy Easy Pecan Pie (Aise Pacane Tourte)
This recipe is from my CD and is one of my wife's recipe. So easy and fast and good.
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter
1 cup whole pecans
Beat sugar, syrup and butter. add beaten eggs and pecans, mix thoroughly.
Pour filling into uncooked pie shell.
Bake in 375 deg. oven for 40 - 45 minutes.
Watch carefully for edges not to burn, if they start to burn, just cover edges with a strip of foil.
