I'm not a FF basher or defender but I have seen plenty of articles like this and alot of them just go find some of the worst of the worst for shock value. Not too tough of an assignment in the internet age.

Maybe once in a while someone should write about how gram for gram a Double Six Dollar Burger is not much worse than eating double cheese burgers at McDonalds and in some ways not as bad for you.. So here are the facts.. The Double $6 Burger info I took from the link above and the McDonalds info I took from their website.

Double $6 Burger = 602 grams which would be aprox. 3.65 McDonanlds double cheese burgers which come in at 165 grams.

          Double $6 Burger:
          602 grams
          1520 calories
          111 fat
          47 saturated fat
          265 cholesterol
          2760 sodium

          3.65 double cheese burgers:
          602 grams
          1606 calories
          84 fat
          40 saturated fat
          292 cholesterol
          4198 sodium

Sorry, but it only makes sense that the double-triple whatevers with bacon and cheese are going to be bad for you.

Some folks now think bacon might be good for you. I hope they are right cause I sure love it. Everything in moderation though.

stacked on top of 2 or three large greasy burgers with processed cheese?

I'm not sure that's so healthy.

Reminds of the days when they said celery had negative calories, so waves of people started eating celery and then gained tons of weight, apparently not realizing that the peanut butter or cream cheese they were stuffing the celery with was not so calorie free.

Those sandwiches needed a fried egg or two to top them off.
