  According to the picture with the stork sign, the baby weighed 7LB-1oz. I'll bet the brisket weighed pretty close to that. But no matter how tender the brisket was, I'll bet the baby was even more tender.  

The brisket shrunk, the baby didn't!

Looks like the 7.1 and the 7.2 are doing good. I don't know anyone who puts more care in cooking than you do, it shows. Congrats on the new addition. Great job my friend....Bill
