Eddie's Southern Style Barbeque

If you have ever traveled to a fair or outdoor event in Kentucky within the past ten years, I am sure you have run into a tent run by Eddie's...It is one of the best barbeque places out there. In the mid 90's they had a location in Burlington, KY that they closed really quickly to focus on their fair/catering business. Anyone remember seeing or trying Eddie's.

I recently found this place on Dixie Highway just a bit south of Florence. http://www.eddiesbbqandcatering.com My wife is not a bbq fan, but I have every intention of dragging her and the young'uns there very soon...

It looks like he has reopened the restraunt again. He's only open three days a week but thats better than none... I gotta get back up there and visit it soon.
