Just past Eisenberg's Sandwich Shop on 5th ave & 22 St., famous for tuna salad, egg salad sandwiches.
Billboard sign in front said "Eisenberg's: Raising the Cholesterol of New Yorkers since 1929"!!

The last 3 times I went in there, the food was disgracefully bad, particularly the signature tuna. I wonder if there was a change in ownership or something?

It has been six years since I have been there, but that was one really good egg salad sandwich! Great atmosphere, too!
