Elderberry recipes

i have a bunch of dried elderberries, and i'm looking for some good recipes. i've made elderberry pancakes (yummm), but would like to try some other ways. i'm not real good at making jams or jellies, so i don't need those recipes. and i would LOVE a good wine or liqueur recipe. thanks!! - tp
