I've come across some brand new, but scratch and dent LP gas appliances that I may go with and am wondering if anyone here has any real world advice/opinions for or against the pieces I am considering using in my mobile kitchen. As follows;

Elite 40 Fryer, max 105,000 btu (LP)
Tri Star 36" LP gas Range with 2 top burners (max 30,000 btu), 24" Griddle (30,000 btu), and full oven (30,000 btu).

The Elite fryer looks exactly like a 40lb Dean unit. Literally, exactly the same unit with the Elite name on it instead. So I think that may be a re-brand of Dean or something.  The Tri Star combo piece, I've never seen before.

Anyone have any experience at all with these brands?
