Event and Help/Employee

Hey,
Okay so I need some of your awesome insight again!!!

I have an event it is 1 week long coming up. My family members that usually help me are unavailable that week. So for now it is just me.

A few questions:
It is 1 week long, anticipated attendance 40-50K, do you think I can pull if off just me???? I think I know the answer but am desperate :)

How can I find help for this event, and where do I even look for that type of thing??? And how much do you pay them???

How many people do you think I need?

The event is a 4 hour drive from me, and thankfully I love camping so I plan on camping near the event! However; I paid a fee for the event, plus gas/miles, plus camp fees etc, I am nervous about having to pay someone ... mainly because my last event was such a flop!!! If I had to pay someone for that event I would have been completely in the red. :)

Lastly, A few suggested I do something original........can you help me with some ideas?

Put up a help wanted sign first thing when you get there to setup but work it for the first few days which will probably be the slowest part of the week and by Weds. if you think you need help and you had a few people come by and asked you about a job get there #'s and call them or I've asked the person in charge of the event if they know of anyone looking for work you'll be surprised how many people come to them looking for work. Also if you can't find anyone to help you do all you can do and just be happy that your so busy you could have used help

Oh that is an awesome idea!! Then I wouldn't have to worry about loding accomodations for the other person, as they should be local!!!

Find out the churches nearby the event, call the pastors ask them to see if there are volunteers willing to help out in return for a small donation.
