I've never personally been in one but I have heard people call a certain chain "Crapplebee's".

Several years ago my wife and I and another couple ate at a highly rated Portugese restaurant in Newark called Casa Vasca, and the next day both me and the guy of the other couple came down with a bad case of diarrea.
 
When discussing it with him, he suggested that maybe Casa Vasca means "House of Sh*ts" in Spanish.
 
To this day whenever Casa Vasca comes up in conversation (it happens more than you'd think, they are still in business and still have a good reputation) we still think of it as "The House of Sh*ts". 

In my family, our name for any poor quality Chinese Restaurant was "The Poison Palace."

Used to go this little S*** Hole taco place in Los Angeles....very good food, but scary looking...it was always referred to as Tacos Peligrosos...(dangerous tacos)

When I started college at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale (in 1965), there was a place near campus that featured burgers and chicken called the "Moo and Cackle".  It also became known as the "Gag and Puke" and, to a lesser extent, the "Fart & Giggle".

Arctic Circle was known as A.C. Greasy in my youth

We called Dog 'N Suds the "Arf 'N Barf" but we loved it...lol

White Castle...Wet A*shole
Cock Robin...Penis Robinski (as the punchline to the joke, "Who is the polish Cock Robin?")
Burger King...Buggar King
Denny's...Denny's By the Sea (don't know why)

KFC = Kentucky FRAUD Chicken
which is what it is nowadays - The Colonel's 11 herbs and spices are few and far between if at all in their chicken anymore !

Love the coney's. Got the Root Beer in the store over close to me.  

We have used all of these.Only we called Taco Bell Taco Balls
And Denny's we call Deny's.They deny your good service and they deny you good food.

Here in Canada people call McDonalds Rotten Ronnie's.I had never heard that until I moved here from the states.
