Good day! I have a hot dog house and was wondering if any of you offer exotic meat hot dogs? If you do could you give the type and name of your supplier. Thank you!!

Bikerjim, would be the guy that did a great job in this area. Jim started with a Hot dog cart and then expanded to two carts, he now owns a Restaurant in Denver. ...............pnwc

Hey RSS72, Do an online search to see what you can find for exotic dogs. My recommendation is to try and find something locally produced. Shipping can get a bit pricey. I get reindeer shipped in from Alaska and am currently trying to find some in the states... I would find a really good local sausage maker, or several, hit them up for some well done artisanal brats and then maybe ship in one wild game brat. But don't rule out ethnic stuff. German, Italian, Portuguese etc...Hopefully you can grill there. A steamed Italian just don't do it for me.
