    Hello

I thought about doing some as a special once and a while.  It is costly but might be beneficial

Bikerjim, would be the guy that did a great job in this area. Jim started with a Hot dog cart and then expanded to two carts, he now owns a Restaurant in Denver. ...............pnwc

I know nothing about wild game hot dogs but found this with a Yahoo search.

Send Bikerjim a PM. He's the resident expert. Are you sure Oil City is ready for "Exotic Hot Dogs"??????
Nothing Exotic has happened there since Col. Drake struck oil in 1859!!

            Hey RSS72,
Do an online search to see what you can find for exotic dogs.  My recommendation is to try and find something locally produced.  Shipping can get a bit pricey.  I get reindeer shipped in from Alaska and am currently trying to find some in the states...
I would find a really good local sausage maker, or several, hit them up for some well done artisanal brats and then maybe ship in one wild game brat.  But don't rule out ethnic stuff.  German, Italian, Portuguese etc...Hopefully you can grill there.  A steamed Italian just don't do it for me.
