I am confused by an add in this mornings paper. It says FRESH LUMP CRAB MEAT(frozen or thawed)  ?????

If frozen within a certain length of time (I forget what that is and don't have time to look it up) after being caught, it is considered fresh. Have you ever watched Deadliest Catch? They freeze the crabs on the boats before they bring them in.
