Famous Uncle Al's

A year ago someone sunk a ton of money in a beachside location across the street from the Hotel and opened a Famous Uncle Al's hot dog shop. I tried it a couple of times, good dogs, burgers, fries, etc, but never more then a couple of people there. They lasted about four months, after sitting vacant for five or six months someone else opened it. Just noticed the closed sign, they lasted about two months. It’s a good location, in a small shopping center with a couple of Italian restaurants, IHOP, and a large supermarket, across the street from two hotels with over 300 rooms. Anyone else familiar with this chain?

Just walked by there today and noticed that we now have a Luke's BBQ coming soon, never heard of them either?
