Also New York Strip and Delmonico which is what I usually buy because they are tender and the right size for my apetite.

T-bone or porterhouse will do nicely and if I remember correctly,AL-THE MAYOR likes his steak served with home fries(well-done) to soak up the juices,to which I will heartely concur

Voted for rib eye.
But tops on my list is a good, thick skirt
or hanger steak. The flavor is intense.
Also a good chuck steak for flavor is a favorite.
