The first 3 on your list are some of my favorites, also. Bluegrass Grill really rocks for breakfast. I'm usually there every Saturday, but didn't go today. Sorry I missed you!
If you want upscale, it would be tough to beat St. John's Restaurant/Meeting place. Formerly a fleabag hotel (flophouse), St. John's epitomizes fine dining. Trust me on this. Very close to Bluegrass Grill and Zarzour's, a brief walk north from the Choo-Choo.
