There are a lot of Q places in the area so finding one won't be a problem. But, 2 places come to mind. Momma's Kitchen, in Fayetteville, about 5 miles off I-95. Excellent place, and I believe they serve breakfast as well. Pauline's, in St. Paul's, NC about 20 miles south on I-95. Route 20 is main drag in town. Pauline's is one east side of town, just 2 - 3 miles off I-95. Excellent BBQ & seafood.
