Marinate the chops for at least 3 hrs in chopped parsley, fresh garlic, salt, pepper, olive oli, crushed fennel seeds (I did not have a spice grinder) and fresh rosemary. Cook on char broiler The salmon is marinated with brown sugar an fresh lime juice and some olive oil..Just an hour I used JRP's recipe because you did not have to make a roux...The recipe was good and easy to make! I added 1/8th tsp cayanne and 1/4 tsp dry mustard. The recipe calls for 20 oz of cheddar; I used a little less. It came our great..Just the way I like it..Not creamy or loose. You can taste the pasta! The top had a wonderful crunchy texture to it. I'd liken this to a really good version you find in a good "Q" joint.

It all looks very good, especially that M&C. Glad to see you finally got that camera repaired.
