Fire Dept. to my house....

Well I finally did it! Had the fire company called out to the house because of all the smoke. I was grilling 2 cut-up fryers on the grill and hadn't trimmed off the fat. The fire got too hot and I was putting out a lot of smoke from the chicken fat burning off. Evidently someone driving by saw all the smoke coming from the backyard near the house and called it in. The cap't told me that as soon as they got up to the house they could smell it and knew what was going on. He said next time to give them a call and they'd come over for dinner. It sure had 4 year old Ava all excited and scared. poor thing didn't know what to think. PP and the neighbors just laughed. MikeS.

If the engines on two-stroke weed wackers contribute to global warming, how about grilling and barbecue?
