Fisherman going through Idaho Falls

Flying in and out in September. I'm looking for a spot for breakfast and dinner there, on 2 separate days. Also, any recomendations for spots between IF and West Yellowstone would be appreciated.
Pay it forward... If you get to Southern Maine before Mid September, try the fried clams at Huot's in Camp Ellis (Saco). A roadfood classic.
