Five Guys Burgers??

Im Kidding! Been reading every post for a few weeks and know one day i will have to make a post of some real questions that I will need your help with. Figured Id introduce myself, James from Texas. I plan to open a B&M in April serving burgers, fries, chicken sandwiches, such and such. I wont bore you with the details but have been cooking for 25 years, researching and perfecting for two, and am opening out of necessity; consistent quality food and make money filling the need of such. I will never ask you a question I have not searched for, as many questions can be answered simply by searching older post. I have learned so much and began to see a much clearer picture by reading what you have already posted. I plan to read them all but know at some point I will feel I have had enough! I will continue researching and plan to share the ups and downs with you. Forgive me for the Five Guys thing, I had too.. 318

Welcome 318, this is agent 99. It looks like you have a lot of work a head of you. The answers on this site don't fit everyone or every operation. Feel fee to get to know the forum members and ask a lot of questions. Opening a restaurant is not an easy task, getting different ideas from the people in Roadfood may help you decide on a different menu item or better way of doing something...............The best of luck in your new adventure.................BillyB

There was an Agent 13. He was the one in the weird places... mailbox, various vending machines, etc. (I love Mel Brooks stuff!)
