Fling Cheese Curls

I lived in Chicago back in the late 70s early 80 and my mother would have me and my aunt go to the store to buy her Flings(Cheese Curls) and a Coca-Cola before the formula became new and improved. Anyway, does anyone remember cheese curls by that name and if so do you remember what company distributed them?
