I see the TV guys do it all the time.  They make it seem so simple.  I cannot do it.

The type of pan you use is important too. It should have slightly rounded sides sith the top slightly wider than the bottom as opposed to straight sides. http://www.cooking.com/products/shprodde.asp?SKU=321193&green=23824057395&mbcc=456

That's true, however if you get good at it, you can flip a live buffalo, as I did tonight, but I had to use both hands.............I must be getting old!

I do it very easily. I flip them in slow motion. Never misses.

Can you do it without breaking the yoke or doubeling them over, if so how many can you flip?...if you can't, would you like to know how?

I can do 3 eggs using a omelet pan. It is easy once you learn.  A simple movement of the pan and the egg will flip itself.

But why flip;   a secret I recently learned is to get the pan & oil or butter hot, drop in the eggs and add tablespoon of water;   .. cover with a lid (i use glass).   The steam will cook the top as the bottom cooks.  The butter will have enough water, but it will steam off before getting the eggs in, so I add about a tablespoon.   The glass lid lets me see when to take up the eggs.   With a hot pan the eggs will cook in about 50 to 60 seconds.
