Flooring idea

I ordered a range for my food truck last week and it has a oven with a 24" flat top and 2 side burners.  In the manual it says the floor underneath the unit must not be made out of combustible material.  I originally was planning on doing a wood subfloor with diamond plate on top.  Now I'm thinking either lay diamond plate over the aluminum floor or maybe put hardy board under that specific area.I'm hoping for some opinions and/or suggestions on what I should do.

Thanks!!

I guess I would consider Hardiebacker a tile underlayment.  Is there another type or brand your thinking of?
