That looks like a real picture to me. It kind of makes sence, there are wild boar in Fla.
Is that what they call Sirf and Turf down in Fla? Chow Jim

I just read elsewhere that there is a severe drought in parts of Fla. causeing receeding water levels in the Everglades. Gators are looking for deeper water in urban areas. Chow Jim

Good God that hog didn't have a chance. Well gators got to eat too. I hope he likes ribs.

I do not know about Florida but I read while in Houston that Texas has many more wild hogs than deer. I believe in Texas, there is no closed season for hunting the apparently destructive boars.

There's no closed season on boars here in Ohio, either.

It could very well be real. Jacksonville is a fairly metropolitan area but large gators can be found in many ponds and creeks. A few years ago a 13footer that made the local collage pond home attacked a police car, ripping the right front tire off the rim. Of course the unfortunate critter had to be put down. The current resident of the pond is a small 6-7 footer
