Food concessions in Central Florida

I already own a restaurant in Central Florida.
 
I want to buy a food concessions trailer so I can vend at art events, bike weeks etc that seem to happen every weekend around CFL when the weather is nice. Where do I start? Is it hard/expensive to get good places to vend? Do I have to get liscenses for every specific event and city I vend for? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!
