Food that will stop a train Sat, 06/11/11 12:55 AM (permalink)
I get a big kick out of this and I don't know why but I do. I have a train track that runs right behind the stand although it's up a steep hill. I never gave it much thought when I first moved to this location until about two years ago when the train stopped right above the stand. Then two guys came down the hill in chest high grass and came around the front of the stand and ordered food. LOL Now the crew stops 2 or sometimes 3 times a week to get BBQ, so today I took a couple of quick pictures. And they are not the best because I was busy as hell and really hurried to run out the back door and shoot them. As I write this I laugh because, well I'm not sure why I just think it's cool. LMAO
BBQ,so good it'll stop a Train.

I called out to the conductor so he would turn and smile and he did. LOL

I bet they'd leave you a good tip and maybe stop even more often if you weed-whacked a path for them.

Wheels are turning in my head about how this could make an awesome video/commercial.

That is awesome. Hell of a testiment about your food. Just don't make too big of a deal about it without checking in with the conductor because he may loose his job over it if his boss finds out.
