Do we know any Connecticut restaurants that cater for patrons who have problems with glutamate excitotoxicity

Not "trying" to appear "uninformed"; exactly what does MSG cause in those sensitive to same? I've never had a problem with it.

It occurs exactly after ingestion if you are so affected. It will ruin your evening. The Sundancer will ingest no known user of MSG. Paul E. Smith Knoxville, TN

Wish I had something to contribute, but I live in South Jersey. I've either lost my sensitivity to MSG or gotten lucky in past years. I do know that when I was living out in L.A., we used to eat at a place called Chopstick (singular) in Burbank. I think the third or fourth time we ate there, I was affected much later that night and I know it was the MSG, because they definitely used it. All I will say is that I didn't know whether to sit, stand, lie down on the floor or die. It was bad.
