Free Cone Day at B&J - April 25th

Don't they do that on a regular basis?.. I remember another time they did the free cone thing. Or was that another chain?

Yes they do this every so often. But it does not hurt to know when!

Nope, they do it once a year. It's fun, though the line gets LONG. While you do get a free cone or dish of any flavor they have, they strongly solicit tips, which are donated to various local charitable organizations - for instance, the Harvard Square shop that I went to was donating their tips to the Phillips Brooks House Association: http://www.pbha.org/, and they seemed to be raking it in.
