On the West Coast we call it Pickle Loaf and it's only available along with Olive Loaf at Albertson's.  The other grocery stores don't carry it.  (Or Pimento Cheese)
 
I love a good fried bologna sandwich with mustard. No sweet pickles and if the onions are strong, just a couple will do.
 
I had the butcher cut me two 1/2 inch slices of stick bologna and it cost $5.00!  That's no cheap baloney!

I have never had a problem in finding pickle loaf at any of the local grocers!  Vons, Albertsons and Ralphs all carry it here!  It used to be one of my favorite lunch meats to eat as a kid.
As to the Fried Bologna sandwiches........  Yumyyyyy
I go to Wal-mart to buy my Bologna as in the deli dept. they slice it as thick or as thin as you want!

Real, homemade pimento cheese is a thing to behold and eat!! In the southeast, it's a staple!

Today I picked up a pound of Merkley German Bologna .25" thick and fried up a slice, It was fantastic. I used a smear of horseradish mustard and some white bread.

Answered my own Question:
SELTZER'S PA Dutch Sizzler Sandwich
Seltzer's Lebanon Bologna (any variety, sliced thick or thin to your liking)
Large sandwich buns
Slices of cheese
Honey mustard

Place bologna on a hot grill, frying pan or griddle.  Cook 1 1/2 minutes, turn the slices and cook an additional 1 1/2 minutes.   Melt cheese on top.  Spread buns with mustard.  Place the bologna slices on sandwich buns.  You may also add tomato slices, lettuce, pickles, onions and any of your favorite sandwich fixings.

If the people who own G & R Tavern were smart, They would let their meat packing company market the bologna under the "G & R Tavern" trademark & License.
They would make more money doing that then selling sandwiches & beer.

If you really want some good Bolonga , try Zeigler's bolonga which is made right here in Tuscaloosa,  Alabama. I like it for breakfast with eggs and rice. Also makes great sandwiches, and comes cut regular or thick.

That's correct! It's supposed to taste like a Salami.
That's the way Bologna is supposed to be made! 
Bologna sausage's name originated from the sausages originally made in Bologna, Italy.
What do they also make in Italy?----- Salami!!!
So, Lebanon Bologna is closer to the original sausages made in Bologna Italy.
It deserves the name Bologna more than that imitation junk made by Oscar Meyer, Boars Head and others which is nowhere near as close as Lebanon Bologna is to the original bologna made in Bologna, Italy. 
So---- if you think the stuff you're buying in the supermarket is bologna, you're full of boloney!!!!!

You should be able to find it. It's probably in the meat case in the deli section.
They have it at Sprouts here in AZ in the prepared meats dept in packages. Here's their CA locations.

I shop there frequently. They have good meats similiar to Whole Foods at better prices. Their produce is good and priced right and they have items not usually found in regular supermarkets. Have some "Back East" Kosher stuff too!
(That's assuming they carry what the AZ stores carry) They bought out the Henry's & Sunflower Stores.

I love me a Lebanon Bologna and Peanut Butter sandwhich.................try it! Or Lebanon Bologna on plain old white bread with a single leaf of lettuce and allot of Mayo....or a Lebanon Bologna with mustard, on white with a mound of Hartley's Potato Chips......smoosh it all together and eat.............stick a fork in me cuz I'm done!

For the best pastrami sandwich in Vegas try Zoozacrackers at the Wynne. They make their pastrami in house. Also, for the best barbequed ribs and chicken, visit the Ellis Island casino at Flamingo and Koval (a couple of blocks behind Bally's). Pick up a player's card there and you'll get a chicken and ribs combo and a beer (it has its own brewery) for under $15.
