I should have looked at this thread a week ago when i wanted to try something different with s&b chicken breasts. they look great John. do you dip them in an egg wash before the crunbs & flour? are they fried on the stovetop? is that rice your own doing or from a package? if so ,what brand? as usual you have my mouth watering.

sk bob Hi Bob, I should have looked at this thread a week ago when i wanted to try something different with s&b chicken breasts. they look great John. do you dip them in an egg wash before the crunbs & flour? Nope, I dip them in milk first. are they fried on the stovetop? Yes, in olive oil & bacon grease is that rice your own doing or from a package? if so ,what brand? as usual you have my mouth watering. Darned if I can remember. It's a steam in bag located in the frozen vegetable case at the Publix just west of I-95 on Dunlawton Ave.
