Fried Pistolette

Where is the best fried Pistolette? With crawfish or shrimp with the cheese cream sauce. What about stuffed shrimp and develled crabs?

Fried Pistolettes are a SW Louisiana specialty. A French roll is fried in grease and stuffed with a shrimp or crawfish filling. The filling is like chili con queso, instead of ro-tels, its got the holy trinity in the velvetta filling.

Just leave the cursor "blinking" where you want the emoticon placed, then click on the selected emoticon. It will not look right until after you have submitted the post.
