Wow. Sort of like multiplying zeroes. No matter how you work it out, you still got nothin'! Sorry man, after enough bad experiences at both places I just couldn't resist.

Actually, the burgers were the one item I found decent at Friendly's. Unfortunately, their ice cream is quite mediocre and the fries they make you take (pay for) with all entrees are as bad as they get. Substituting Burger King fries (which IMO, are really bad) may actually improve the menu at Friendly's. On the other hand, can substituting a really bad product for a really, really bad product be considered much of an improvement?

I used to be able to get a great cream cheese and black olive sandwich at Friendly's in Connecticut in the '60s. I wonder if this means I might be able to get a cream cheese and black olive sandwich at Burger King soon. God knows Friendly's is terrible nowadays.
