Fryer/Griddle Brands??

Hi,
I am about to purchase 2 35lb fryers and a 36" griddle. My best price is on Dean fryers and an Anvil griddle. For additional cost I am looking at Pitco or Frymaster fryers and a Star griddle. Features on the various brands are similar, but I have heard that brands DO matter in restaurant equipment. This is my first purchase of these kinds of equipment, any recommendations on brands would be greatly appreciated!
