Fryers on a cart?

Anyone using a fryer in addition to their cart? I'm thinking of including a "ripper" type dog on top of our regular selections. Any affordable propane options? Anyone using a battery/inverter set up? Other options? This is what I cam up with but have no idea if I could use this for anything other than a private catering event. http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2099124 Thanks, WG

Waydeg, Hope everything is going well in TX. The HD may have a problem with a free standing fryer, they may also have a problem if it's not UL approved......take care..................pnwc

Agree with all the above. Your HD has the final word on what you can and can't put on or around your cart. Always check with them before making any purchases and ask EXACTLY what is allowed and what the particulars are in it's usage.
