G.G.'s Blue Bikini Eatery is Ready Sun, 10/11/09 8:56 AM (permalink)
Hi All,
It Is all Finished...I passed My Final HD test on Friday.

My first event is Saturday Oct 17th at 5 Flags Speed Way at our clubs ( emerald coast RareAir VW club ) Big car show.

There were about 100 cars there last year, not a Real big event, just parfect for getting my feet wet.

On the menu:
Cobb Salad
Itailain Salad
Carrabean Chicken Salad
Chef Salad
French Dip
Chicken Avacado
grilled cheese
chicken salad
chicken club
a 'northern' po boy
peanut butter and jelly and more...
and a wide variety of pre packaged ice creams, nuts, fruits,

along with the basics. Hot Dogs and nachos

It has been a long road, I am so excited and ready to pay for my investment...I am gearing towards a little something for everyone..and families who forgot EVERYTHING for children,,,get the kids to the cart, parents will buy..

Happy Cooking..

Thank You...A northern po boy would be just a cold cut sandwich on a hoggie, with bologna, salami, ham, american, swiss, lettuce, tom..I call it that due to the fact a PO BOY down here is fried seafood, oyster, shrimp or fish, tarter lettuce tom..I am origionally from St. Louis..

I remember the other thread you had with fruits and here. There is going to be a vendor at the FL State Fair doing fruits on a stick and such. I love the idea. Some days that is all we want. Hope it goes well.

I remember all the discussions on your other thread. At least you have the courage of your convictions. I wish you success. Sounds like a pretty ambitious menu for your first outing. Good luck!
