I'm sorry Paul. I've had to experience a couple of my good friends who chose to end it like yours did. It hurts.
Getting old is a mixed blessing. I guess the best we can wish for is to die in our sleep.
Life is made better with friends like you, though.

I am 69 (almost) and I guess I should expect some of my friends to pass but this is way too much. Three of my very close friends have passed away in the last three days.
The holidays can be VERY HARD,i am so sorry your close friends have left you my friend.. Peace and love to you
