The very last Gino's store was on Mountain Road (Rt 177) in Pasadena Maryland,a road where there are no mountains within 200 miles.I lived in Pasadena at the time and I believe the last store closed in the early-mid 90s.I saw a couple of pictures of it on Flickr,but as is customary,they tore the sign down and de-branded the place within 2 days.The franchisors are really serious about that,its a pity they cant be so serious about customer service at stores which are in operation.

Gino Marchetti is still kickin'. He's 84-85 years old! In 2009, Marchetti teamed with other former key Gino's employees to resurrect the Gino's name. Hiring commenced in September 2010 to staff their first new restaurant in the company's old hometown of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and Gino's Burgers & Chicken, as the company is now known, opened its first store on October 25, 2010. The company is looking for locations throughout the Philadelphia area. http://www.ginosgiant.com/ He still knows how to tackle!

Just went to the Ginos on EJOPPA rd in Baltimore area near Towson. Very good just like I remembered it back in the day.

Recently ate at Gino's in King of Prussia. Didn't know about the history until looking it up afterwards.
Really good - similar to Five Guys but a little bit better. Also they have a french fry "toppings bar" with all sorts of spice mixes and such to top your fries. Was sort of empty when I was there hope it lasts. Wish they would open one in the city, there's not too many places to get a burger under 10 bucks that tastes like anything!
