Hi All - I need some advice. I am the enthusiastic owner of a Global chefs knife as well as an older collection of Wusthof knives. I've received a Global Ceramic Whetstone as a gift. My question is whether or not I can use the whetstone to sharpen my Wusthof knives. Thanks for your help. -Yumbo

Global or otherwise.

Ceramic puts a fine edge on a blade, just stroking each side of the blade on an unglazed section of a bowl a few times will help true the edge..
