I like our local one because I can put my weird little combo's together like fried fish, collards, limas, blackeye peas, hush puppies and mashed potatoes w/gravy. Also a Caesar salad with a few croutons and bacon bits. All for $8.30. I usually don't bother with the desert area.

We have been thinking of going (it has been almost a year). The last time we went, the one in Springfield, Mass was clean, and the help very friendly and hard working. I suppose it depends on local management. IMO, ces1948 is right.........the desserts are not worth eating.

i do appreciate the fact they have sugar free desserts! Thart and their pot roast and i am as satisfied as i can be in a buffet--and the local one is very good about keeping the food fresh, They also do a lot of events and specials for Vets!

Tiki- do you eat at the Tulsa Golden Coral or Oklahoma City? A few weeks ago we went to the OKC Golden Coral on I-240 and it was far superior to our Tulsa locations!

Buffets are my weakness, I love having a little bit of a lot of things. You really can't go wrong at $10 when a meal at Wendy's can go over $8. They have some good stuff, and some "meh" stuff. But nothing that is really terrible.
