Brown sugar cinnamon ice cream with gingerbread cookies and a ginger caramel swirl. It was unbelievably good!

Thanks for the memory! I bought five or six cartons of it while it was available (and probably gained 3 pounds in the process!). You're right, it was unbelievably good... and I for one sure wish they'd bring it back.
