Runyan replied to an email from me with the following info on Michigan Sauce from Boarderview Grocery: 1. Yes they will send it anywhere. Their address is: 2018 ridge Road, Champlain, NY 12919 (518) 298 6424 Cell phone number: (518) 593 9535 Web site: www.michigansauce.com As long as I'm writing, here is how I often thicken my hot dog sauces: Rather than add fillers, such as flour or cracker crumbs, I stick one of those "boat-motor" hand-blender things in the sauce and puree it to the consistency that I want. Or you can pour a portion, say half, of the sauce into a blender, puree that, and then add it back to to pot. That way, you get a more liquid, sauce-like consistency, while keeping the sauce "all meat."
