The Gracie's looks like a good find.

Is that a Ken Onion I see in the background?

Miami Don, not sure what variety of onion that is. Just a white one I picked up at the farmers market that has enough zing to make ya cry while chopping it, and strong enough to bite the tongue when ya ate it.
And Russ, I'm with ya on another Coney Day.. Thinking myself it would make another good Sunday lunch...

I meant, is the knife in the stand a Ken Onion?

Sorry Don, ya threw me for a loop there. I'm thinking chili dogs... That's my brothers knife.
And ya, Shun Ken Onion, 7" hollow ground Santoku (DM-0517).

Your hot dog toppings look great,Uncle Vic.And looks like you have a good find in Gracies.I dont find the addition of margarine so strange-thats how I make my hot wings-margarine and Red Hot sauce.

That was worth a chuckle - You're thinking onions, he's thinking knives!

I don't know how to explain it...

When I think of margarine, I think of polyester.

It just feels like a dated ingredient, and style from the past.
