Has anyone ever been to Monticello, Kentucky and eaten a Pool Room Hamburger from the city pool hall ?

Never tried it but I work at a place that have a lot of Monticello transplants ( the auto industry recuited their parents and grandparents to move up here from there back in the 1930s to work but they still consider that part of KY their home). I bet they know the place. Does anybody know if Topps in Pasadena CA is still around? They served these giant chili burgers and the french fries came in a cardboard box about the size of a shoebox enough for two people. And Giant Burger in Hayward CA where the piece of pie meant 1/4 of a pie.
