Sushi Koji Greenville, SC Owned by ex chef of Yagoto Japanese Center. Due to the textile companies in the area there are many Japanese in the upstate of SC
Mai Charlotte, NC Great place. Half the customers are Japanese.
Hatsuhana 48th and Madison in NYC. Best sushi bar in the states. Upstairs bar w/ Seki San as my chef and I'm a happy camper.
