Does anyone have an authentic recipe for the meat sauce used in Greek American hot dog restaurants

Thanks for the replies. The Original Greek Coney Sauce is close to what I am looking for. There are a few procedures and specific ingredients that are never mentioned in recipes.

Well, I can tell you for a fact that one ingredient that is NOT in any of the big 4 Greek Chilis is chocolate or cocoa. Of the 4 Cincinnati (chain) chilis, my favorite is Dixie Chili which only has 3 locations in Kentucky, across the river from Cincinnati. The recipe I cited here tastes like Gold Star Chili. You can buy any of them online (which I do as well as making 2 of the 4). And for 79 cents, you can buy Skyline's chili recipe at: http://www.topsecretrecipes.com/home.asp

Yesterday someone had posted a response that had a link that had a whole bunch of hot dog sauce recipes, but their post is gone today? (wonder why??) It was a neat site, but the link is gone and I didn't save it. I'd appreciate it if that link could be reposted.
