Sweet potato fries, and Pumpkin strips. A local bbq joint (that is now out of business) had these on the menu and I cannot find any recipies for them. Anyone have any ideas? I would appreciate the help.
Thanks.

Im not sure what the topic has to do with the subject line, however... I make sweettater fries just like regular fries, sometimes as disks others like sticks and baked sweets dripping with butter............. mmmmmMMMMmmmm Ive never had fried pumpkin but I would imagine you would have to skin it then slice the flesh into sticks and deep fry, or was it coated like a deep fried oreo/milkyway/pickle? funnelcake batter works well for those

Gunnings in Baltimore is famous for their Green Pepper Rings, fried and topped with powdered sugar.
