Greenburg Smoked Turkeys

It was sitting on my front porch when I got home tonight. I could smell the smoke from six feet away, inside the Fedex box. I'd known of these turkeys for years, but never had one before. Is anybody here familiar with them? I ate one of the legs for dinner; a memorable example of the art of smoking food.
